  • Inclusive Pathways provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinical Behavioral Consultation services approved by the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across home, community, and vocational settings. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use evidence-based ABA principles to assess behavior, identify underlying functions, and develop individualized behavior support plans that emphasize skill building, independence, and safety. Consultation includes direct observation, data analysis, staff and caregiver training, and ongoing collaboration with the person’s support team to ensure consistent, compassionate, and effective implementation of interventions that improve overall quality of life.

  • Inclusive Pathways will soon be offering Healthcare Coordination services funded through the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS). This service is designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities manage their health and wellness needs through a person-centered and team-based approach. Our healthcare coordinators will work closely with individuals, families, and providers to organize medical care, support follow-up on health appointments, facilitate communication among care teams, and promote preventive health practices. The goal is to ensure that each individual receives coordinated, comprehensive, and high-quality care that supports their independence and overall well-being.
